Lemore Manor Wedding Film

If you need some inspiration for writing personal promises as part of your wedding ceremony, then look no further! Emma and Simon wrote the most incredible and heartfelt words for each other and we have used Simon’s promises as part of their highlights film. It’s something we recommend all of our couples to do as it is such a wonderful way of making your ceremony really personal to the two of you and the words give such beautiful emotion to your wedding films.

Emma and Simon’s wedding journey started with a truly wonderful proposal which Emma explained to us “The proposal was a complete surprise! We were due to go into London for some drinks and dinner, and when I met Simon he suggested we nipped up the Shard for a cocktail. As we were going up in the lift, we got off at a floor and before I knew it, Simon guided me into a room that he had booked for the night. The blinds opened as we walked in, I saw the ring and Simon went down on one knee. It was truly incredible.”

What a perfect day they both had at the beautiful Lemore Manor set in the stunning Herefordshire countryside. When I asked what made them decide upon Lemore Manor for their wedding Emma replied “The orangery! 100%! I searched for Orangeries in Google and Lemore came up. When we first went to view it I thought it was out of budget, and after viewing a few more venues we realized nothing compared and I could only envision our wedding being at Lemore. I loved that it was fairly intimate and that it was modernized inside but kept some key features”

Emma took lots of inspiration from other people’s weddings, asking couples for their advice and she also found Pinterest was really useful.  The vision they had for their day was lots of light, soft pastel colours, candles, elegant and modern.

Emma looked stunning in her Essense of Australia dress – just looked at that exquisite detail!

We loved working alongside Paul Willetts for their gorgeous wedding – we now have quite a few weddings under our belt together! I asked Emma how she found Paul and what it was that appealed to them about his style “I Googled natural wedding photographer, and a few searches came up but Paul’s natural style, and his ability to capture guests in the moment of conversation or laughter was just what we wanted. Paul is incredibly friendly and that sealed the deal.”

You can check out their beautiful wedding photo gallery {here} via Paul’s website.

I asked Emma what her most memorable moments were from her day were, “Seeing Simon before the ceremony for the first look, both of our vows and the speeches”

We thoroughly agree with a piece of advice from Emma to those of you currently planning your wedding, “Don’t let the pressure force you into decisions you wouldn’t ordinarily make. Whether that pressure be from parents, friends or social media. It is your wedding, and the only people who should be happy with the end result is you.”

I asked what the best thing was about having a wedding film, “You forget so much about the day, even little things, so capturing it all on film means you can truly relive it! Film also helps to highlight the emotion of the day, much more than photo’s can. It was an extra expense but we are both so glad we did it, and could never imagine not having one now!”

We wish Emma and Simon all the happiness they deserve for their future together!

We hope you enjoy their highlights film x
